Things You Should Know

• Due to the metal content some pieces may not be suitable for people with metal or nickel allergies

• Items on this site are intended for adult use only and are in no way suitable for children due to small parts.

• Materials may be delicate and should be treated with care.

Postage

• Postage is free for mainland UK only. International shipping is £15.00 tracked mail. 

• International items may be subject to your own import taxes payable by the customer.

•  Items are sent by recorded first class post and will require a signature on delivery. If you would prefer your item to be sent by standard first class post without a signature please let me know. This is taken at the customers risk although proof of postage will be obtained for all parcels.

• Items can be sent on recorded, next day delivery at a cost of £7.40.

• We aim to ship all orders within 7 days of payment being received unless otherwise stated. If you wish to pay by cheque this is 7 days from the cheque clearing.

Returns and Refunds

•  If you aren't satisfied with your purchase for any reason please return it in its original condition and packaging for a full refund (excluding postage costs). We offer a no quibble returns policy for your peace of mind. Please obtain proof of postage when returning items.

• Personalised and commissioned items may not be eligible for a refund.

Gift Vouchers

• Vouchers are available in combinations of ten, twenty, fifty and one hundred pounds. If you would like a custom amount or a voucher for a specific design please contact me directly.

• Change is redeemable against gift vouchers for amounts remaining less the £10

• There is no expiry date for vouchers.

• Vouchers may be used on line to purchase goods, commission work or to pay for workshop places. Please use the code given on the voucher at the checkout.

• Vouchers may be used in person at any of my fairs and event or at the studio.

• Vouchers cannot be used in any gallery or retail outlet without prior permission.

• Vouchers cannot be used to pay for workshops organised by a third party venue or provider without prior permission.

• All other terms and conditions apply.

• Vouchers may be refunded under extenuating circumstances

• All terms are at the discretion of Alys Power Jewellery.
